lb. of fresh sliced mushrooms
6 veal steaks
3 cloves crushed garlic
Olive oil
Cheddar cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley

In a sauce pan fry veal steaks in olive oil, crushed garlic and chopped onion. Fry steaks until browned. In separate pot make Alfredo sauce: heat cream over low heat, melt butter in cream, bring almost to a boil. Whisk in Seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
Next take steaks along with the onion and garlic and put into a baking dish. Cover the steaks with the Alfredo sauce and add mushrooms. Sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese over each steak and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 20 minutes. Until bubbly and cheese is melted.
