2 1/2 cups cooked rice
2 1/2 cups cooked chopped turkey
1 cup diced celery
1 can sliced mushrooms (11 oz)
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts (8 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Place in greased casserole dish & top with 1/2 cup melted butter. Spoon over casserole 1 cup bread crumbs. Top with 1/2 cup sliced almonds. Bake 30-40 mins at 350. Best when made one day ahead.
