3-4 lb. country style spareribs
2 c. packed light brown sugar
2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
7 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place spareribs in large saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes; drain. Place spareribs in deep baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour over spareribs. Bake for 2 hours; do not cover pan. May double sauce if desired.
