1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 c. flour
3 c. rhubarb (diced)
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix 1 cup cinnamon sugar, set aside. Chop rhubarb, set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and baking soda, mix well. Add egg, sour milk, vegetable oil, and rhubarb, mix well after each new addition. Spray 9"x13" cake pan with Pam and fill with cake mixture.

Spread cinnamon sugar on top of the batter, bake in the oven at 350º for 20-35 minutes. Use the fork or knife test to ensure full cooking.
