Ingredients:  
1 chopped onion, 4 oz jar of capers, 1 stick butter, 3 oz. bag of
Julienne cut smoked sun diced tomatoes, juice of 1 lemon, 4
diced garlic cloves, 3.8 oz. can sliced olives, 1/4 cup olive oil,
1 pound raw shrimp, Angel Hair pasta, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil together. Add
everything but the shrimp. Drain the olives, but not the capers.
Cook everything for approximately 5 minutes on low heat.
Butterfly shrimp while mixture is cooking. Cook pasta and add
the shrimp to mixture. Do not overcook shrimp. Add pasta and
mix together - Serve.
