4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves of garlic, sliced thin
1 bunch broccoli rabe
˝ cup chicken broth
Pepper
Hot crushed pepper
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
- Heat oil and butter, crushed red pepper, pepper, and gently brown the garlic in large sauté pan.
- Add broccoli-rabe and cook until wilted.
- Add no-chicken broth stir and cover.
- Simmer on high until broccoli rabe is al dente 3 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve
