one pan corn bread
2 cups Martha White self rising corn mix
1 1/3 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
1 turkey leg
celery
green onions
5 boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour batter into a hot 8 in. ovenproof skillet. Boil turkey leg. Remove from bone cut into small pieces about 2 cups, save broth. Crumble cornbread add 1 bunch green onions chopped, 4 or 5 Rib chopped celery, 5 boiled eggs mashed up. Add turkey pour in broth until good and moist. stir well adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hr or until it fries out and is a med. brown. Use 9.5 x 13.5 x 2 glass pan.
