1 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
cooking oil for deep faat frying
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to boiling. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously. Cook and stir with a wooden spoon till mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate. Remove from heat and cool for 10 min. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition with wooden spoon till smooth. Spoon dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the dough into strips 3 inches long onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper freeze about 20 min or until they can be pulled off waxed paper. (Do not remove any strips from freezer till you're ready to fry them.) In a heavy 3 qt saucepan fry dough strips a few at a time in hot oil 375 º 3 to 4 min. till golden brown turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels. Roll in sugar while warm.
