3 T butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tap salt
2 large bunches (8 cups) fresh broccoli chopped
1 can (2.8 oz) fresh fried onions

Grease 2 qt 10x6x2 Casserole, preheat oven 350
In a sauce pan melt butter, stir in flour, whisk in milk, bring to boil cook 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir in both cheeses, salt pepper. Mix sauce with broccoli put in about a hand full of the onions creshed. Save rest for top. Pour broccoli into casserole dish. Bake 50 min. until it bubbles in center. Top with onions the last 5 mins. of baking time.
