2 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can salmon (be sure to remove bones)
1 TBS dried chopped onion
1 TBS parsley flakes
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 TBS milk
vegetable spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, cheese, salmon, onion, parsley and salt. Stir in eggs and milk mixing throughly. Spray six muffin cups with Pam. Divide rice mixture evenly in cup. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
