1 deep dish pie shell, thawed
8 slices bacon cooked crisply and crumbled (Hormel real cooked bacon is great also)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups (8 ozs) shredded Swiss Cheese
2 TBS flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning, mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
