2 lbs. fresh squash (cooked and drained)
1 carrot, grated
1 onion, grated
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Grease large casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 of the stuffing mix on the bottom.

Combine all other ingredients and over stuffing. Top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 about 45 minutes, until bubbly.
