3 lb. yellow squash
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut squash. Boil until tender, drain and then mash.

Add all ingredients except half of the margarine. Melt remaining margarine.

Pour mixture into baking dish, then spread melted margarine over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
