Zucchini 2/3 c flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 c beer 1 egg Salad oil
Cut zucchini into spears. Mix dry ingredients. Beat together beer, egg and 2 tsp salad oil; stir into flour mixture. Dip zucchini spears into batter and fry in hot oil. Drain and cool slightly before serving.
