3/4 c non-dairy creamer
3 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T dehydrated onion
5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 T butter
1 1/2 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and onion. Arrange half of the potatoes in the bottom of 2-qt. casserole. Cover with 1/2 of the creamer mixture and dot with half of the butter. Top with remaining potatoes, creamer mixture and butter. Pour boiling water over the potatoes. Bake in a 350º oven 1 - 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
