1 egg, slightly beaten
5 T cider vinegar
1 T Worchestershire sauce
2 t hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 t onion salt
1/2 t celery salt
1 3-4 lb. chicken cut into 8 pieces
2 T butter or mararina
Instant mashed potato flakes for coating

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, conbine egg, vinegar, worchestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and onion and celery salt. Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour vinegar mixture over. Marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning chicken several times. After marinating, preheat oven to 400º F. Melt butter in a large shallow baking dish. Put potato flakes in a shallow dish and roll chicken pieces in flakes until well coated. Place chicken pieces skin side down, 1 to 2 in. apart, in baking dish and bake for 25 min. Turn chicken pieces and bake for 20-30min longer or until chicken is cooked through.
