5 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 stick butter
1/3 cup orange juice
miniature marshmallows (optional)
6 - 8 oranges cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except marshmallows in large mixing bowl. Mix well and sit aside. Mixture will be a little thick. Core out oranges. Put 2/3 cup in each orange half. You can put marshmallow on top if desired. Bake at 300 for 12-15 minutes.

My Mother makes this every Thanksgiving and Christmas. It goes well with turkey or ham. It gives a great look with the meat.
