6 cups sugar
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1-2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 gallon hamburger dill pickle slices, drained
8 dried red chili peppers

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine sugar, garlic, and hot sauce.

In gallon jar with lid, layer pickle slices and sugar. Place chili pepprs in jar. Seal tightly with jar lid. Store at room temperature 48 hours, until sugar dissolves; inverting jar twice a day.

Store in refrigerator; serve chilled.
