Potatoes, small, cut in half
Butter
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Rosemary
Thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Wash enough potatoes for your family. I like using the small red or white potatoes.
Place in foil lined baking pan. (makes for easier cleanup)
Combine equal parts of butter and oil and pour over potatoes making sure all potatoes are covered.
Sprinkle spices generously over potatoes. ( or you can use your favorite spices)
Bake covered 400 oven for 1 hr.
