2 lrg Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
3/4 tsp hot Red Pepper Flakes (or to taste)
1/2 cup salted Roasted Cashews
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1/3 cup Water

1 pound Thin Spaghetti
1 1/2 cups Cilantro, chopped fine
Cashews, green onion and cilantro for garnish

Place sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook pasta al dente, drain and toss with sauce.

Garnish with chipped cilantro, cashews and green onion. (if desired)
