Lebanon Bologna Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lb Lebanon Bologna
4 T Flour
4 T margarine
2 C milk
4-6 slices Toast
4-6 slices Toast

Directions:
Cook the Lebanon Bologna with the margarine 5 minutes or until the edges curl. Sprinkle the flour over the bologna and mix well. Remove from heat and slowly stir in the milk; cook, stirring constantly over low heat until smooth and thick. Serve over toast. Chipped beef can be substituted for the Lebanon Bologna.
