4 cups flour
4 sticks butter (1lb)
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1lb ricotta
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Frosting
1 tbsp almond flavor
¼ cup milk
1Tbsp butter melted
Powdered sugar as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Combine eggs ricotta, vanilla, salt
Add butter mixture
Combine flour and baking soda
Add all……..Scoop into tsp size lumps; bake 12 min or so at 350 degrees.
DO NOT BROWN

Pour frosting over cooled cookies, dust with powder sugar or colored sprinkles.
Decorate accordingly (Easter, Christmas etc)
