9” pie crust, uncooked
1-1/2 lbs ground beef
¼ c. chopped onion
½ tsp ground oregano
½ c. bread crumbs (Progresso Italian)
1 8 oz can tomato sauce


Cheese Topping

Mix:

1 egg
¼ c. milk
½ tsp each dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
Directions:
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat. Stir in oregano, bread crumbs, and tomato sauce. Pour into pie crust; pat down. Top with Cheese Topping evenly spread over filling. Bake 30 minutes.
