Crust:
2 cups flour
2 tbsp. yeast (one packet)
pinch salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for dough, water and yeast first, let it start working then add salt and sugar. Slowly add flour until dough is formed. Knead and let rise until double in size @ 1 hour.
Divide into 4 balls, let rise again @ 30 minutes. Use your fingers to spread into large circle for a soft crust, use rolling pin for a more cracker crust. Top with what ever you like!

Cooked best in a 500 degree plus mud oven, however can sear dough over a open fire then top and put back on the grill to finish with a lid.
