1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 small jar pimento
1 bottle Catalina dressing
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
3 medium tomatoes
1 lb. grated cheese
1 green pepper, diced
1 pkg. regular Fritos
1 head iceberg lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion together; drain. Add seasoning mix. Let it cool. Combine lettuce (torn into bite-size pieces), green pepper, pimento, and kidney beans; refrigerate. Just before serving, add cheese, Fritos, meat, and dressing; toss. Makes a very large salad.
