1 lb large fresh mushrooms 2T chopped parsley
1 lb bulk sausage 1 1/2 C(6 oz) sharp
1 tsp minced garlic cheddar shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse mushrooms, pat dry, remove stems. Chop stems, and combine with sausage, garlic, and parsley; cook until sausage is browned, stirring to crumble fine. Drain. Stir in cheese and mix well. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps, and place in13 X 9 X 2 inch baking dish.Bake for 20 minutes at 350º
