2 cans of whole green beans/ 2 pkgs of frozen or 1-2 lbs of fresh and blanche them first
2 cups of sour cream
1/4 cup flour
salt and pepper
2 tsp sugar
1/4-1/2 stick of butter melted
2 cups of swiss cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In large baking dish spread beans evenly in bottom of dish.

Mix butter, flour, 1 cup of cheese and rest of ingredients (except bread crumbs) and heat in sauce pan until smooth and spread over beans.

Cover with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.

Cook until bubbly.

So good even left over and warmed
You can alter amounts to suit your taste
You can use shredded or slices of cheese, doesn't matter.
