1 pkg Chinese noodles (they're in the produce dept. with the won tons)
1 bottle of House of Tsang Bankok Padang Sauce
Pea pods (quickly steamed)
bean sprouts
red pepper (julienned)
scallions (sliced into 1 1/2 " pieces
peanuts
optional:
chicken pieces
mushrooms
water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package.
2. Rinse in cold water to cool.
3. Water down the Peanut Sauce (the noodles absorb a lot of liquid and the salad will be dry and quite spicy if the sauce is full strength.
4. Toss the noodles with sauce and other ingredients.
5. Add peanuts shortly before serving.
