2 c. sugar
2 c.flour
2 cubes butter or margarine
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp vanilla

Frosting:
1 stick butter or margarine
4 T. cocoa
6 T. milk
1 box of powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts (any kind will do. I use walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together sugar and flour. In sauce pan bring to boil butter, cocoa and water. Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Mix well. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon, soda and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased sheet 12X18 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 mins.

Frosting:
Bring to boil the butter, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar and nuts. Beat well and spread over Hot cake.

This cake has been in the family for many years and is really easy. Very rich but very good.
