1 to 1 ½ pounds Hillshire farm turkey smoked sausage or turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced and quartered.1 (7oz) package macaroni (2 c uncooked)

1 ½ cups shredded cabbage
4 green onions with tops, sliced
½ cup shredded carrotts
6 cups prepared chicken or beef broth
1 tsp beau mond seasoning*
¼ tsp coarse ground pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 or 3 drops hot sauce, or to taste

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large kettle, cook Hillshire “Farm Turkey Smoked Sausage or Turkey Polska Kieblasa, cabbage, carrot and green onion just until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes
