1 16-oz pkg frozen spinach tortellini
1 16-oz pkg whole mushrooms
1 medium red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 c. (4-oz pkg) shredded reduced fat mozzarella
1 28-oz jar spaghetti sauce, your favorite flavor

preheat oven to 350º. In 2 1/2 qt. casserole, combine tortellini, mushrooms, bell pepper and cheese. Pour sauce evenly over casserole. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Bake slightly longer if you have refrigerated it before baking.
