2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. margarine or butter
4 cups flour
Solo pie filling of chose
Mom used apricot and almond fillings to make 2 different flavors

Soften margarine and cream cheese together. Add flour a little at a time until well blended. Place dough in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until firm. Flour and sugar a board before rolling out the dough. Roll fairly thin. Cut into squares and put 1/2 tsp. in each square. Roll from corner to corner. Pinch the ends. Bake at 375' preheated oven on a greased cookie sheets for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
