Goose breasts
Zesty Italian Dressing
Bar-b-que sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut breasts into small strips about the size of a small cigar. Put the strips into a large bowl and
cover with dressing over night. Rinse off dressing
and let them dry. Grill for 2 or 3 minutes on each
side with more Italian dressing or bar-b-que sauce.

If you are also deep frying fish, use the same mix as for the goose breasts. Cook for about 3 minutes in the hot oil.
