4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. lemon jiuce
1/2 c. rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. chopped toasted walnuts
6 T. light margarine See notes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Coat 1 qt. casserole with nonstick spray. In large bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
In same bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar and walnuts. Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle over berry mixture. Bake for 45 minutes till lightly browned and bubbling.

Use light margarine that is firm such as Benecol or Smart Beat. Excellent topped with vanilla ice cream.
