2 c. complete pancake mix. See notes.
1/4 c. quick (not instant) oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. water See notes.
1 c. blueberries
1 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in medium bowl pancake mix, oats and cinnamon. Add water and stir just until lumps disappear. It should still be slightly lumpy. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls on greased griddle. Sprinkle blueberries on top before turning over. Serve with maple syrup.

Use pancake mix that requires only water to be added. Then use 1/2 c. more than is directed for
