1 1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract
2/3 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the sugar, egg, almond extract and milk.
Add flour, baking powder; mix well.
Add melted butter; mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. Bake until edges are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
