2 cubes of butter/margarine
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp.cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts
2 lbs. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and Velveeta in microwave on medium for 2 to 3-1/2 minutes (or on stove). Add vanilla, cocoa, chopped nuts. Then add powdered sugar and stir until blended (will be very stiff!). Pour into 8 x 8 pan.

Don't knock this recipe until you try it!!! No one will have any idea there is cheese in it! You don't taste or see the cheese but the fudge is very creamy.
