4 lbs short ribs, browned
2 med onion, sliced
1 cup water, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon worsteshire.

After browning short ribs add all other ingredients and cook 2 1/2 hours in a Dutch oven at 300.
