1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 can 11oz mandarin oranges
1 cup Egg beater
1/4 C.applesauce
1 8oz container cool whip
1 plg.3.4 oz vanilla Instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple

Preheat oven 350 spray 13x9 pan. At low speed beat cake mix,oranges with syrup,egg beaters and applesauce, 30 seconds. Increase speed to med, beat 2 mins. pour batter into pan. Bake 30-35 mins or until toothpick is clean. Combine topping, pudding mix and pineapple with juices. Spread over cake. Cover and refrig. overnight garnish with fruit if desired.

Whoopie Pies
3/4 cups shortening
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
10 Tbsp. cocoa
4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and shortening.and eggs. Sift dry ingredient together and add alternately with milk. Drop by spoonful on ungreased cook sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 6to 7 mins.
1 1/2 cups shortening
1 1/2 cups conf. sugar
3/4 cups fluff
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat all together.
servings appox.2doz.
