1 (4 lb) turkey breast
1 (15 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey in 4 quart slow cooker.

In bowl, combine cranbery sauce, soup mix, mustard and salt; blend well. Pour over turkey. Cover; cook on low setting for 8-10 hours.

Remove turkey from slow cooker. Place strainer over saucepan. Carefully pour liquid from slow cooker through strainer into saucepan.

In bowl, combine water and cornstarch; blend until smooth. Add to liquid in saucepan. Bring to boil for 1 minute.

To serve: slice turkey;arrnge on serving platter. Spoon 1/2 cup gravy over turkey.

Serve with remaining gravy.
