1 8oz crushed pineapple undrained
1 pkt Sweet-n-Low
1 cup Skim Milk
1 pkg sugar free Vanilla pudding
1 8oz lite sour cream
1 oz coconut
1 med. banana sliced
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 8oz lite Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pineapple, sweet-n-low, pudding,and milk in a medium saucepan, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat, add a small amount of hot mixture to sour cream mixing well. Add sour cream mixture to remaining hot mixture, mixing well. Stir in coconut. Let cool and place banana slices in pie shell. Spoon custard over bananas, spread with Cool Whip, chill at least 3 hours.
