4 cube steaks (about 2 pounds total)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. half & half
oil for frying

Gravy:

1 (14oz.) can beef broth
1 c. water
1/4 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size bowl, whisk together flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and half & half. In a large skillet, pour 1/2 inch oil; heat to hot on medium high heat. Place cube steak one at a time in the mixture and then into egg mixture and then back into flour. Place in hot oil and cook about 3 minutes on each side until nice and browned. Remove and drain on paper towel.
Gravy:
Remove all but 3 tablespoons oil from frying pan. On medium high heat; add 1/4 c. flour, salt and pepper and stir constantly until browned. Slowly add beef broth and water. Continue to stir and simmer about 2-3 minutes until thickened.
