1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine soup, salsa, and water; mix well.

In bowl, combine beef, rice, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, egg, and 1/2 cup of tomato soup mixture; mix well.

Shape into loaf. Place loaf in greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350º for 1 - 1 1/4 hours, until meat is down.

Spoon sauce over meat loaf when serving.
