One Boboli Pizza Crust
Favorite BBQ sauce
1-1 1/2 Lbs chicken breast or strips
1 lb shredded mozzerella cheese
1 small red onion
1 TB olive oil
Bacon bits (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven according to pizza package directions.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute in olive oil over med-high heat until cooked through (or throw on the grill for a great summer flavor)

Meanwhile squeeze desired amount of BBQ sauce over pizza crust and chop half of the onion into small pieces and slice a few round pieces.

Once chicken is cooked, let it sit and drain off excess oil then place all over crust along with the chopped onion.

Sprinkle cheese all over crust and place a few round onions on top.

Bake pizza according to package directions.
