Directions:
Arrange eggs in center of platter with sausage links around the edge. To cook eggs: Break an egg into each oiled muffin tin and bake at 350º until done.

Dolie Long Mobley used to take this to dinner on the grounds at Union Springs Missionary Baptist Church, Whigham, Ga. She also took the eggs along on fishing trips just in case the fish weren't biting.
