1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 bell pepper (chopped)
l onion (chopped)
l Jalapeno pepper (optional) chopped
3-4 cloves garlic (chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes (4 oz.)
l can tomato paste (2 oz.)
¼ cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Season uncooked ground beef with salt, pepper (black & red). Add chopped green onion-tops (1/2 cup) and one egg.(Optional-add about ¼ cup tomato sauce into uncooked meat). Blend well and from into balls, roll in flour (optional) and deep fry or bake until browned. (baking takes longer, but healthier). Make spaghetti sauce by sautéing veggies (onion, bell pepper, & garlic in ¼ cup olive oil, then adding tomatoes as above (Rotel, paste, and remaining tomato sauce). Throw in meat balls (tee-hee!) and
simmer for approx. 30 min. to an hour; again
depending on how hungry you are.
