1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. oli
1-3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground cloves
1 egg
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix applesauce, oil and sugar. Sift in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Mix well. Add egg (beaten slightly) and raisins. Bake in 8x4 loaf pan at 325º for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
