1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 bell pepper (chopped
l onion (chopped)
l Jalapeno pepper (optional) chopped
3-4 cloves garlic (chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes (4 oz.)
l can tomato paste (2 oz.)
¼ cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
On high heat sauté ground meat in olive oil until meat pops like popcorn and is well-browned.
Add chopped veggies. Stir and brown until veggies
are wilted (about 5 min.). Add tomatoes, lower heat and simmer for about one hour, more or less,
depending on how hungry you are.
