Ingredients:  
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tsp garlic
1 pkg light cream cheese
2 cups skim milk
1 pkg corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced tomatoes/chilies mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray pan with Pam
2. Saute onion, garlic & mushrooms
3. Stir in soft cream cheese
4. Add milk, corn, soup & tomatoes
5. Cook for 10 minutes
6. Bring to a boil
7. Add Shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes
