Pork Neck Bones
Cabbage or String Beans
Whole White Potatoes
Onions
Black Pepper
Red Pepper
1/4 cup of Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Wash neck bones; Place in pot and bring to a boil.
2) Reduce heat to medium and cook for approximately 3 hours or when tender.
3) Add fresh cabbage or string beans and whole white potatoes.
4) Add raw onions, black pepper, a little red pepper, sugar, and olive oil.
4) Cook on slow heat until potatoes are done.
